Is data hosted in India?
Yes — AWS Mumbai is the default region, with GCP Mumbai and Azure India South available. You pick at signup and can switch via the Admin → Data residency setting. We support a Singapore region for export-friendly clients on request.
Do you support Hindi and regional scripts?
Yes. The Document Vault has OCR + full-text search for Hindi and major regional scripts. The Mobile cause-list view captures voice-to-text hearing notes in Hindi and English. UI strings ship with India-first defaults (₹ INR, IST, DD MMM YYYY).
What's the Court Notebook actually grounded on?
Per matter, you toggle which exhibits, orders, pleadings and statements ground each query — that's the source rail. The model can only cite from the rail; if a question can't be answered from those documents, it says so. Cross-matter and cross-tenant access is structurally impossible (RBAC-aware).
How do you integrate with e-Courts, NCLT and DRT?
We pull cause-lists and orders daily across e-Courts (district + HC), NCLT, NCLAT, DRT / DRAT, IBBI, SEBI SAT and NCDRC. Outputs auto-attach to the relevant matter in the Document Vault. We also support webhooks and a REST + MIS API for downstream BI tools.
What about export and lock-in? Can I leave?
Yes, on demand. BYO-bucket storage on S3 / GCS / Azure Blob means your documents live in your bucket from day one. Admin → Export-all gives you a DPDP-grade portability dump of structured matter data. SCIM provisioning means user lifecycle stays with your IdP.
How do you price across product lines?
Lawyer is free for solo practitioners. Firm is per-seat (annual). Institute is per-portfolio with custom volume pricing (workflows, watchlist scope, BYO-KMS). Each tier inherits everything below it — no feature flags, no SKU games. Talk to sales for an institute quote.
